  Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently had a very disappointing experience at Sephora. I purchased several items using a $50 gift card, and I paid the remaining amount with my credit card. The following day, I returned one of the items. Unfortunately, the cashier processed the refund incorrectly and returned the amount to the gift card that had already been discarded. The cashier should have checked the gift card information with me before processing the refund, but she did not. I contacted Sephora several times and explained the situation. They confirmed that the cashier had made a mistake, but instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, I was sent back and forth multiple times without any solution. One of the store managers, Lev, genuinely tried to help, and I appreciate her effort. Unfortunately, Sephora ultimately did not take responsibility for their mistake and did not refund my money or provide store credit. This was extremely disappointing. I expected much better customer service from Sephora, and unfortunately, this experience really changed my impression of the company.

  I came here yesterday to have my makeup done by Patty and had a great time! I was nervous going in, but they made me feel at ease and did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately, I stopped by today for my birthday reward and accidentally bumped into an associate while leaving. I did apologize, but they responded with an “Out of my way.” It felt unnecessary and hostile, and put a damper on my visit.

  Was shopping for makeup for the first time and was super nervous to ask anyone for help. Thanks to DESIREE the blond lady was very nice and helpful she helped me find the perfect shade match and helped me with multiple items. Thank you for making my visit wonderful, will definitely shop here again!

  Workers are more concerned about talking amongst each other than helping customers. If you ask for your help you receive attitude. Visited on the weekend, and regret coming to this store. This location sucks!!!
