  I had a 60-minute makeup service with Dena, and she was amazing. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave great recommendations, and made sure the makeup suited my style. I was very happy with the final look. I definitely recommend her!

  I was at the mall shopping and walked by a situation where a random person was yelling really loudly and being pretty aggressive toward what I believe was a loss prevention officer. The officer stayed extremely calm the entire time and was clearly trying to de-escalate, even though the person wouldn’t stop shouting. Honestly, I don’t know how they managed to stay that composed under that kind of pressure. Really professional handling of a difficult situation.

  Really disappointed with both a product I purchased and the customer service experience. I purchased this ahead of giving birth to stock up on makeup, and when I finally opened it, it was clearly defective — leaking badly from the packaging and making a huge mess every time I use it. For a product at this price point, that’s just not acceptable. What’s even more frustrating is the response I got when I tried to resolve it. I bought it from Sephora, and their customer service told me I had to contact the brand directly. Basically they suggested I go to a mall with a newborn who doesn't have their vaccines just to return a faulty product. Between the defective packaging and the lack of practical support, this has been a really poor experience. I expected much better from Sephora.

  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Shabnam! She is incredibly knowledgeable about both skincare and makeup, and she always knows exactly what to recommend based on your needs. Every time I’ve asked for advice, her suggestions have been spot-on and truly made a difference for me. She takes the time to listen, explain products, and make sure you feel confident in what you’re buying. Unfortunately, she is no longer at the Coquitlam location, but I just wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing experience I had while she was there. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and well-informed. Highly recommend asking for Shabnam if you ever visit Sephora Fairview Toronto.
