We placed an order for pickup before we left the house, as we wanted to be quick in the mall, and ended up cancelling it because they had not actually put the *two* items we ordered in a bag and made it ready for pickup after over 2 hours of waiting. I am not sure how long it takes to setup a pickup order for two items, but 2 plus hours is unacceptable.
