    Tried asking a question to a worker with glasses and black hair with bangs and she looked me up and down with a miserable look and walked away two times. Disappointed because I’m used to this location being extremely helpful, kind, and approachable.

    Shitty service. Lush is known for taking back used products for whatever reason. I took some stuff and the staff I dealt with gave me such hell about returning items. The worker told me my items were expired and she knew that due to how long she has worked at lush for. Went to metrotown location and they had no issues there and they were amazing to deal with. Every location is different and the coquitlam one sucks

    I go here once a month to buy a facemask & some soap, the past 3-4months they didn't have any face mask in stock. The otherday i went there they finally had some in stock but the display & prices for them werent put out, then ontop of that when I went to buy some soap the lady wearing a alternative style tried to upsell me 11$ worth of soap saying they couldn't cut any pieces under the 11$ per pound price & usually I will go in & get them to cut me two 5$-6$ chunks no problem. But this lady was telling me I can only pay the perpound price even though some of the other bars of soap had some cut up that were under the per pound price. When asked why they started doing this, she told me they always have done it that way which is not true at all. I'm a loyal customer who returns monthly & was surpised that they tried to pull that on me but also the condition of the facemask display on August 28th around 12pm

    The girl wearing a Covid mask made me wash my pots 5 times and still wouldn’t let me get my fresh face mask. Horrible service

    Today I went into lush because a friend recommended me a facial scrub, I have very sensitive skin and since I only tested it on my arm was wondering if I could buy a small product size, but they offered a free sample which I was really grateful for! ♥️ It’s really awesome that they are willing to work with you before committing to a purchase, especially when you have difficulties with your skin. I didn’t catch their name but thank you to who assisted me today in store!! 😊
