  Today I went into lush because a friend recommended me a facial scrub, I have very sensitive skin and since I only tested it on my arm was wondering if I could buy a small product size, but they offered a free sample which I was really grateful for! ♥️ It’s really awesome that they are willing to work with you before committing to a purchase, especially when you have difficulties with your skin. I didn’t catch their name but thank you to who assisted me today in store!! 😊

  Damaris was so kind and helpful and adorable 🥰. I went in just having knowledge of the Sleepy Lotion from one influencer's recommendation, but I was super quickly overwhelmed by all the different bars and bombs and lotions and powders and sprays that exist lol. Damaris quickly helped me navigate the store and figure out which product is most suitable for my needs, without introducing irritants to my cats! We picked out the deep sleep massage bar, I tried it that night and almost immediately fell asleep lol. 10/10 service 🥰❤️

  I came in to get a massage bar and ended up getting more than I should - she got me good. I got helped by Monica and she was soooo sweet and beautiful. She tried her absolute best to help me get the products I wanted and she ate with her suggestions and was so knowledgeable about the products. I wish to see her every time I come in the store - I miss you already pookie

  I had a very disappointing experience with Lush. The products on the shelves were already over 3 months past their manufacturing date, even though they have a shelf life of only 14 months. Customers expect fresh products, especially when freshness is such a big part of the brand’s marketing. What made this even more disappointing is that I am a loyal customer and spend a lot of money at Lush. Everyone in my household uses their hair care products, so we shop there regularly. Despite that, I spent over 30 minutes trying to resolve an issue with a sealed product, but they refused to stand behind it. I have attached pictures of products that I use but they don’t care 😥 The customer service on their main phone line was not helpful and the staff in the store were just as unhelpful and dismissive. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. I feel misled as a customer. If Lush promotes fresh, handmade products with a relatively short shelf life, 14 months they should ensure their stores are stocked with much fresher inventory instead of selling products that have already used up a significant portion of their lifespan. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service and product quality from a company I have supported for years.
