- RRRemusJul 19, 20261.0I don't know who the staff was but very poor customer manners - we wanted to try something displayed right by the door and were met with a poor approach, borderline blame and a superiority that had no place whatsoever. We asked if we did something wrong and the response was sexist and just wrapped in really bad manners. Be prepared to be met with adversity and impoliteness. To the owner: please train your staff better.

Not only did she help me find what I was looking for while being so naturally conversational, but she gave me a few samples that I LOVED. It’s not often that I am helped by someone so nice, and equally less common for me to try samples that I love, but Mitchy has now inspired me to spend even MORE money here. Excellent service and skincare!

I planned to return the product and purchase another item instead, but I was told refunds were not allowed and only exchanges were possible due to store policy. Because of this, I ended up having to spend even more money than the original purchase just to make the exchange work. I understand stores have policies, but this should be explained clearly before customers make a purchase, especially for gifts. The staff were polite, but the experience was still frustrating and disappointing.
