Not only did she help me find what I was looking for while being so naturally conversational, but she gave me a few samples that I LOVED. It’s not often that I am helped by someone so nice, and equally less common for me to try samples that I love, but Mitchy has now inspired me to spend even MORE money here. Excellent service and skincare!
- RKRaina KMay 11, 20261.0I was disappointed with the return policy at this location. I purchased the item as a Mother’s Day gift, but my mom needed something different. I planned to return the product and purchase another item instead, but I was told refunds were not allowed and only exchanges were possible due to store policy. Because of this, I ended up having to spend even more money than the original purchase just to make the exchange work. I understand stores have policies, but this should be explained clearly before customers make a purchase, especially for gifts. The staff were polite, but the experience was still frustrating and disappointing.

She was seamlessly helping me and another customer and was obviously a really nice person. Their hand lotion is lovely and I recommend it (in the silver tube). Neat sink for customers to try their soaps.
