  I never leave reviews, but I just had to leave one for my AMAZING experience here! I’ve been to sephoras all over and this is by far the best one I’ve been to. Recently moved to Chilliwack and have only come here a few times but every single time has been an absolute joy. The associate I’ve routinely run into was Shirley and she has totally revamped my makeup and hair routine through my past visits. She is genuinely such an asset to this team and her communication and understanding of what I’m wanting is absolutely incredible almost like she was reading my mind 😂 Everyone else who works here is an absolute joy as well and the store is always clean and I see them cleaning up when doing their little rounds which makes me feel far better about swatching and exploring on my own. Absolutely my favourite location!!!

  Today I came in looking for a new foundation because non of mine have been working, although I was happy searching on my own this lovely staff member (Eva) came up to me and asked what I was looking for and if I needed help. I’m so happy I said yes to being helped because not only was she knowledgable she also helped me figure out my skin type by scanning my skin as well as helping me realize I don’t need a classic full coverage foundation instead opting for the merit stick. Long story short I’m VERY please with the service at this location and will 100% be returning and looking for her!!

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I want to specifically mention a staff member named Sean, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt like taking a suggestion from a friend!

  I decided to visit the Cottonwood Sephora because it's much calmer than the locations closer to Vancouver, and I was hoping to have a more personalized shopping experience. I came in with my entire daily makeup routine because I wanted help troubleshooting some concerns I had, along with recommendations for products that would actually improve my makeup. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. My biggest concern was that my makeup separates throughout the day, doesn't last, and requires constant touch-ups. I was hoping the beauty advisor (Olivia) would look through the products I currently use, explain why they might not be working together, and demonstrate techniques or recommend products based on my routine. Instead, she never asked to see any of the products I had brought with me and mostly just told me what to do rather than showing me or explaining the reasoning behind her recommendations. Although the employee was somewhat helpful and friendly, I felt like she didn't fully understand what I was looking for despite me expressing my concerns several times. I ended up purchasing five or more products, but I'll be returning two of them because they weren't what I needed. One of the products also had a faulty pump right out of the box, which was frustrating. I came home, tried the products that were recommended and still found I had the same issues after a few hours of wear… Overall, I feel like this was a missed opportunity. I came in ready to invest in products that would solve my concerns and likely would have spent even more if I had received more personalized guidance. Instead, I left feeling like I would have been better off trusting online reviews and recommendations. I still appreciate the calm atmosphere at this location, but I was hoping for a much more educational and tailored experience than what I received. Edit: went back in to the Sephora today, Eva a different sales consultant helped me and checked off all the boxes for my concerns. I 10/10 recommend asking for Eva to help you with your makeup concerns - she had some amazing alternate recommendations for me and even offered to sample a blush on me to see how I liked it. Left feeling very confident after my initial visit

  I went in to look for skincare for my acne prone skin after trying several products nothing seemed to work for me. Harman hooked me up with new skincare and i have been using it only a week and 50% of my acne has gone away. She was super kind and explained everything so clearly. She also matched me with a foundation shade and it was perfect. I had a great experience this visit.
