  I was gaslit today trying to return expired skincare products (5 yrs old, they’re still selling them proudly) and was told these products “never expire.” That is straight up misinformation. Preservatives lose effectiveness with time. Generally speaking skincare products last 2-3 yrs unopened. I stood my ground and did get a refund, but please, train your employees better. Perhaps you don’t know everything, and perhaps you are wrong. It was an unnecessarily stressful situation.

  This location used to be quite good but its gone down hill in the last 12 months - perhaps due to new management? In December 2025, I visited the store to make purchases to maintain my Rouge status. I spent a considerable amount of time browsing, as I was trying to meet a minimum spend to keep my status. Only toward the end of my visit did I realize that security, along with multiple sales associates, had been closely monitoring me the entire time while another associate assisted me. This made me extremely uncomfortable so I decided to avoid this Sephora. However, this past Wednesday, I visited again to purchase a Dior foundation. Given my previous experience, I immediately requested a color match upon entering. After receiving assistance, I proceeded directly to checkout. During the payment process, I noticed that the police had been called, and an officer was standing in my personal space directly behind me and looking directly at me withoutexplanation. This was both confusing and distressing, as I had done nothing to warrant such treatment. Today, I returned to exchange the foundation, as I had purchased the matte version instead of the glow formula. Upon entering, I clearly explained my reason for returning and requested another color match. The associate at the front responded dismissively (Gurn or Gurin), stating that the shades are identical between formulas. Another associate was called to assist, but she applied the product to the back of my hand—despite the obvious difference in tone compared to my face—and seemed unwilling to properly match it. When I requested application on my face, she attempted to layer it over my existing makeup. She was trying to rush me and my husband out of the store while the one in the front just stared at us. Throughout this process, I felt closely watched and uncomfortable. I want to be clear: I have never stolen from Sephora or any retailer. Being repeatedly treated with suspicion is both upsetting and unacceptable. Avoid this location unless you absolutely need to go there.

  You know them thoughts about a million monkeys typing Shakespeare? Well that's like this place for smells. They done mixed up every herb, flower and cream in tarnation in hopes that my daughter might feel right pretty. Griff says they been trying real hard to improve their per unit margin and liquidity e'er since they gone got acquired by Louis Vuitton.

  I want to give a big shout-out to the manager at Sephora. she was both professional and incredibly kind. I had bought a perfume a little over a month ago and it's gave me headaches every time I use it, but due to my busy schedule, I lost track of time. By the time I tried to return it, it had been about a month and a couple of days past. The cashier initially told me that returns weren’t possible at that point and i have no other options . But the manager stepped in and politely explained that, while a refund wasn’t possible, she could offer me store credit. Thanks to her, I was able to exchange it, and I left truly grateful.that's what I call a great customer service.
