- HHHistorystudent83Sep 25, 20261.0This Sephora makes me sick 🤢. Most of the staff walk around with either a superior complex or a big chip on their shoulder. I don’t know what goes through their mind when they decide to single out customers they don’t like and provide terrible customer service. Does it make you feel better about yourself or provide some sort of satisfaction in your little lives. Now, when it comes to sampling products, if the company and staff don’t like providing samples, DON’T put little stickers on every product saying “try me”. Also, why is it that I can get 2 samples of shampoo at one location, but another location follows the sample policy of 1 sample of shampoo. I personally have long hair and 1 sample is definitely not enough to truly tryout a shampoo. There is a higher probability that I will purchase a product that I have properly tried, than one I have not. Just saying 🤷♀️

I had to ask one of the other associates who was able to answer my question within a min. Her willingness to help sucks! Shame on Sephora for hiring her
