I waited and no one came so I asked another staff for help and they told me wait 5 minutes in a extremely rude tone. I waited again for 5 minutes no one came to help. Felt ignored the whole time just standing there for help.

I went to the cashier twice once to see if I can exchange my old product because it broke unfortunately it was past the time to refund or exchange, which was fine I knew that was as gonna happen, the first cashier was super sweet I would give her 5 stars. After I go grab my new product to purchase the second lady at the cashier was so unfriendly, I got to the front she didn’t say hi or anything all she said was “put ur phone number in” after that she didn’t ask if I wanted a bag or wanted to use my points towards my purchase no option to have my receipt printed or emailed. I got no have a nice day or any friendly customer service what so ever. Do better Sephora on training your employees to be nicer.
