    I had the most wonderful skincare experience at metrotown with Jayden today. They walked me through each of my options, carefully assessed the ingredient list, and gave me helpful recommendations as well as additional information. Uou can tell there is a clear passion for helping people evolve their skin, and It was a really pleasant experience. Currently planning my next skincare purchase because of jayden. Thank you so much!

    I wish ı can give 0 for your customer service and help. They are just staring to us and when we try to use parfume they are just standing beside us, like we will steal something. They all so rude and no help. I will never come to this location. And whem we try to pay Anna was overwhelm ı think she even did not understand 1 single question about the reward program. There is missing training parts going on this location. Management is terrible. They keep the samples only for themselves . So cheap attitude... Do not come to this location

    I went into the store to possibly buy a bottle of cologne as they have a very extensive selection. I could not determine where the men’s section started and where it stopped. A Persian lady came over. She was older maybe 5560 years old and asked me if she could help me and I said yes I’m looking for some cologne. Can you tell me where the men’s section is and she said well everything is mixed so there’s no specific section for men and she said what type of who are you looking for? What kind of cologne are you looking for and I said I don’t know I would like to look at men’s cologne and sample. Some difference makes, and she’s very abrupt and was rather harsh with her response to everything is mixed by manufacturer by each each brand name as opposed to specific sections They lost the sale and I won’t be back if that’s what they call organized sales then they’re losing a lot of them🤮🤮🤮🤮

    I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sephora. The Lancôme representative who assisted me (unfortunately I didn’t catch their name) was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They took the time to explain the products thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the best products for my needs. This was my first time shopping at this location, and they made it a very positive experience. Thank you so much for your excellent service I truly appreciate it and wish you continued success! Overall, I left very happy with my purchase, thanks to the outstanding Lancôme representative.

    Store Visit: June 20, 2026, at approx. 2:45 PM The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because of the helpful sales associate who genuinely tried to find a workaround. Unfortunately, her manager was disinterested and cared more about protecting a rigid policy than helping a customer. I bought Gucci Guilty for Men last weekend, and it went on sale for Father’s Day a few days later (a $50 price drop). Since I was well within the 30-day window, I stopped by on my way to an event to get a quick price match, something most major retailers handle with ease. Instead, I dealt with a shift manager whose total indifference was staggering. He claimed the only way to do it was to physically return the product (which I didn’t bring) and do a completely separate repurchase transaction. When I pointed out how inconvenient that was and suggested I could just buy a new bottle today and return it with my original receipt, he got defensive. He told me he flat-out wouldn't do the return for me now because I had suggested a workaround, adding that returns "hurt their store performance metrics." Why should a customer care about a store's internal metrics, especially when you are refusing to offer a viable solution? Seeing a long line building behind me and realizing the manager wouldn't budge, I gave up. Kudos to the associate who actually tried, you were such a sweetheart (makeup up glam ❤️), but that manager seriously needs a lesson in customer service or even how to conflict resolve with solutions that work within your policies.
