  I would like to express my gratitude to Mehak, the manager at Sephora. She's incredibly kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. I recently had a bit of a struggle finding the right shade, and she generously offered me to get samples. Today, I returned to ask for some samples, and I was thrilled to see her again. Despite not being sure if she was the manager at first, I was able to get help and get the samples I needed.

  This 5 start is only for the wonderful person that helped me at my recent visit to Sephora. Mohammad was wonderful. He helped me and my mom pick out all the makeup we needed, explained everything when it came to colours and product types for our skins types and tested them for us too. He genuinely seemed so nice, patient and had great knowledge. If I ever get my makeup done I would do it with him. Of the 7 years I’ve been going to this location he has been the best help and I’m so glad we ran into him. Thank you Mohammad for your help!

  I came in specifically looking to purchase a product and needed help finding a suitable alternative, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member standing at the entrance was particularly cold and indifferent; I wasn't welcomed at all and actually had to go find someone else myself to get any help. When I finally found someone, they were unwilling to do their job and very unhelpful. The Beauty Advisors here are unfriendly and unprofessional—they seriously need to retrain their customer service team.

  I had a wonderful experience at Sephora Metrotown. A staff member named Dina was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service!

  We went there on Sunday afternoon around 5 almost 6pm and the staff at the cashier (very end, near perfume) is not friendly at all. She doesn't smile or greet us and when we want to pay with gift card she seems not happy. and then our gift card is invalid and we're caught off guard ofc bcs it should've work. and then she didn't assure us at all and when we said we need to figure out the giftcard first, she seems like she had enough of us and we just wasted her time?? and after checking, there's no issue with the gift card at all and it works perfectly fine online. she just ruined our in store experience omg. pls train your staff better. I know it's busy with all the sale going on but we as customers don't deserve to be treated rudely.
