  was very disappointed with my recent makeup service experience. The eye makeup application did not meet my expectations, and I repeatedly mentioned to the artist that the eye look did not seem to be standing out or achieving the result I was hoping for. During the appointment, the artist was interrupted several times to assist other customers, and I felt that this affected her focus and attention to my service. As the appointment continued, I felt increasingly uncomfortable and decided that I would rather leave because I did not feel I was receiving the level of professionalism, attention, or expertise I expected. I have always associated MAC with skilled makeup artists and a high-quality experience, so this was disappointing. I hope the team can improve the level of customer attention and ensure clients receive a more professional and personalized service. Paid 60 dollars bad quality of makeup application without any mascara or eyebrow .. just a simple eyeshadow and liner .. rip off

  Vanessa helped me find the perfect shade of foundation and concealer in just minutes. She applied the products on my face and showed me how beautifully they matched my skin tone. As someone who doesn't have much knowledge about makeup products, I wasn't sure what to choose or what would work best for me. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. She made everything easy to understand and recommended products that suited me perfectly. A special thank you to Vanessa for her amazing service! I highly recommend her to anyone who is new to makeup or unsure about what products to buy. She truly knows her products and gives great recommendations. ❤️✨

  Shree was absolutely amazing at the MAC store! She understood exactly what I needed and helped me pick the perfect products. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so easy. Truly outstanding customer service!
