I came in with a complaint about one of the products going bad and had low expectations of solutions. The special moment is when she went out of her way to contact the off-site manager about my situation. Regardless of the outcome, i appreciated her for trying and not simply dismissing me.

The team was so knowledgeable, and Lana, in particular, was incredibly friendly and always smiling, she really made me feel special. She assessed my skin type and explained exactly why certain products would suit my skin better, then let me try a range of products on both my hands and face. The hand and facial massage were both so relaxing. It was such a great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family!
