  The lady who was working on July 14 around 7:30 PM (the cat lover!) was very kind and helpful. She used a device to analyze my scalp and hair (cool technology so I forgot to ask her name) then recommended products based on my sensitive scalp. She was very patient and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Excellent service! And I started using the products yesterday, and they’ve been great so far!

  Very disappointing experience. I saw an unboxed hairbrush on display and assumed it was a tester, but the staff told me it wasn’t and that the store doesn’t have any tester brushes at all. It’s hard to understand how customers are expected to buy a premium hairbrush without even being able to try one. The interaction also made me feel unwelcome. I don’t know if this is Aveda’s policy or just this store.

  Love this store and the new manager is friendly and VERY helpful. I learned about better products I should have been using and how to mix products. My hair is so much better now and less frizzy. Very happy.

  Came by here to ask some questions, I met Leanne she’s very friendly and knowledgeable she helped me and my wife on how to take care of our hair, she was very thorough and explained well. She has that good personality and know what she’s talking about.
