    When I come to Sephora, I usually do my own thing and not interact just because my past couple experiences haven’t been the greatest but this time around I’m glad it was a completely different experience! I needed foundation for my wedding day and Alicia did a great job by explaining the formulations along with what’s right for my skin type. Instead of pressuring me into buying at the spot, she gave me couple samples to try instead which I never knew still existed. Thank you, you made my life easier and I appreciate it !

    I meant to write this a while back because this happened during the Sephora sale, but I just want to make a shout out to the very nice brown girl for helping me last minute with a shade match. It was my fault for coming in so close towards closing time but all I wanted was a quick shade match so I can order the shade online before the sale ends. I go up to Alicia and she mentioned that due to traffic in store , they had stopped doing shade matches for the day. I was annoyed of course but she went to go ask her manager, Crystal just to make sure. The response that she received from her manager was bizarre ! Crystal clearly told her that if she can do the match in 30 seconds then she can go ahead and do it. I’m sorry , excise me ?! Realistically , I even know that it takes more time than that to do a proper shade match. I felt pressured to even get a match at this point but Alicia looked at me and said, I have 30 seconds let’s go. She quickly looked at my skin , grabbed 3 shades to compare and honestly I want to say she got my match within 10 seconds if anything. She made me feel comfortable even when I wanted to leave the store. I don’t understand why managers at this location are always uptight and dismissive, do better with your staff.

    I always feel kinda insecure walking into Sephora but today was such an incredible experience! I went in with concerns about my rosacea and Alicia was super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I needed concealer but Alicia suggested something else instead and sold me on it ! She also gave me the opportunity to try it in store and just like she said , “it works like magic” Thank you so so much girl , i feel more confident in my natural skin

    Extremely unprofessional behavior by staff member named : Alicia I usually love this store and have had great service here with other staff members, but every time I deal with Alicia at the cashier till, it is the same bad experience. She is very rude and loud, and acting frustrated instead of being professional. It's disappointing because the rest of the store is great, but her attitude ruins the visit. Not happy the way she behaves.

    I had a really disappointing experience at the Sephora location at Highstreet in Abbotsford. I went in to exchange a foundation I had previously purchased, but was told there was no record of my transaction. It turns out that when I originally bought the product, it was mistakenly put under someone else’s account instead of mine. I had also asked for my receipt to be emailed at the time and never received it, and after thoroughly checking my email, I still have no record of it. I explained that the purchase was made part Visa and part cash, and even showed the Visa transaction on my phone. I understand that she initially said she couldn’t look that up in the system, which is fine. However, after providing my physical Visa card, she was able to locate the transaction and confirm that the purchase was mine, just incorrectly attached to another account. Even after confirming this, I was told there was nothing that could be done to properly fix the situation. I asked if there was any way to correct the Beauty Insider points, since I had unknowingly redeemed points from someone else’s account, and was again told no. The employee who helped me, Crystal, was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Even after the return was processed and everything was resolved on a basic level, her attitude remained cold and unhelpful. I felt brushed off and not valued as a customer the entire time. I spend a significant amount of money at Highstreet, and I expected a much higher level of customer service—especially in a situation that was not my fault. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. Staff should be more careful when processing transactions and more considerate in how they speak to customers when issues arise.
