- KSKamal Sidhu1 day ago4.0I went to Sephora today to return a lipstick and liner as i bought the wrong shade. A girl named jess or jessica helped me to find the right shade for me, even though many of the shades were not in stock. She was kind and patient and i didn’t feel rushed. She managed to find me the perfect shade after like 20 minutes from the same brand. The whole interaction was so heartwarming and welcoming. I didn’t feel discriminated at all. I usually don’t write the reviews but i couldn’t resist this time. She was a very sweet girl.
