Decided to chance it and went with a stylist named Shannon. TERRIBLE customer service!!! Even worse haircut!!!! She did not know what she was doing and when i tried explaining that to her she had a very nasty attitude and said it was “just the way my hair is” Unbelievable! Will NOT ever go to anyone but Megan again!!! If she is off, I will wait until she comes back. Get Shannon out of there!
