When I came the displays were empty I finally found someone on the floor and she happened to be working on one of the brands displays (great) when I approached her she didn’t even acknowledge me or look up she rudely said no so I asked her about the other product and she said “no nothing” again not acknowledging me.. so I said excuse me I am speaking to you? Because so rude.. I was going to ask her if I were to place an order then if it would be canceled later so I wouldn’t waste my time but she snapped and finally looked up and said “AND I answered your questions” … anyway…Her name is Kassandra and she is absolutely so rude. Had she been a good sales associate she could have sold me on another bronzer because I am in need of one today.. and another pressed powder but now I am on my way to Ulta. 1:20 Thursday Jan 15. Kohls Sephora Rosedale highway.
