- TGTony GDec 19, 20251.0Even 1 star is too much for this, I was Christmas shopping today at Sephora valley plaza mall it’s cold in the valley so I was wearing comfortable sweats and hoodie, while walking in every employee stares at me and constantly approach me asking if I need help when I said no I’m looking around and they just stand next to me staring. This is so sad that yall train employees to “judge” appearance I’ve shopped in this store for other occasions and for personal fragrances and never had this problem wearing different clothes. I have no need to steal and yall make people feel uncomfortable. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this location. A lady worker kept asking if I needed help and got bothered when I said no thank you and just stood there asking if I was shopping for me or for a gift. I walked out of there and went to a different Sephora and purchased my Christmas gifts. this is disgusting employee service when they make it obvious that they are “targeting” you.

The customer service is always great, and every staff member has been friendly, patient, and eager to help. I also like that Sephora carries products with safer ingredients, which is something I really care about <3. Just yesterday Yasmine helped me choose a lipstick shade and she went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right one. I have zero complaints, and I highly recommend this location :)
