- SNStephanie NuñezMar 20, 20261.0Called at 6:37 and asked Alejandra if I still had time to go in if I got there by 6:50 & she said yes, that they still had people in there & then I get there & she ended up telling me I couldn’t get a haircut because it was too late even though I was there by 6:50. I literally called to ask before I made the drive & she told me something different. Then she lies and says “that’s because nobody was here at the time you called.” She literally told me there were people in there when I called! What an inconvenience.

- YYYoshaMar 10, 20261.0I recently got a haircut at the Great Clips location on Gosford in Bakersfield, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The stylist who cut my hair, Rocio R., was not friendly at all and came across as very rude and unprofessional during the service. From the start, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. It felt like she had no interest in being welcoming or providing good customer service. At certain moments, the way she spoke and interacted with me even made me feel like there might have been some bias or discrimination, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Despite how I was treated, I still chose to remain polite and even gave her a tip because I try to treat people with respect. However, the overall experience left a very bad impression. Customers go to places like this expecting basic friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. I hope management looks into this because no customer should feel unwelcome when they are simply paying for a haircut.
