I went in last month and now this month. I checked in online and when I got there about 2:30, they were busy with customers and one of the ladies there, asked me if I checked in online, and I said yes and sat down to wait for my turn. A couple of minutes later, a Great Clips Hair stylist walked in, saw me waiting, checked the computer, quickly set up her work area and quickly called me up for my haircut. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome by Hair Stylist Johanna, who took my info and helped with my hair cut needs to my full satisfaction. Johanna is one of the rare ones that combine barber haircuts with Salon Style care treatment with excellent customer service. Johanna went above and beyond my expectations and anyone's expectations of what excellent customer service and a great haircut stylist should be. She was amazing from start to finish. Johanna listened and did exactly the type of haircut that I asked. She did an an excellent job and I appreciate her attention to detail. You can tell she has a beautiful caring heart and loves her talented job. I liked my haircut so much, that I will be coming back to her for my routine haircuts. So to recap, i got an excellent haircut at a reasonable price, didn't have to wait, and they carry everything I need for hair. Great Clips and their Hair Stylists like Johanna and my previous haircut stylist Maria get it right every time. I'm not sure why you'd go anywhere else (unless overpriced and terrible haircuts are your thing). I have been a customer of Great Clips for years, can't imagine going anyplace else. I even refer family and friends. Like with everything else, it's tough when moving to a new area where you have to get situated, but at least I am situated with this Great Clips for my hair needs thanks to Johanna and her amazing customer service and her great haircut and styling.
