The worst customer service ever, no matter who is working they are the most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. They all seem like they hate their jobs. The other day the door was locked because an employee went and got a burrito and there was a line outside waiting to get in and when she finally came back and let us in she said I cannot ring you out for another 10 mins I am on my break. So very uncomfortable even going to this store, I now drive down to Roseville as they are so helpful with great customer service.

Can I be mean for a second? This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went in here with my mom (who is licensed to shop there) to shop for hair dye and developer and was treated like a complete alien. I was confused and asked for some direction on what to look for and the employees acted like high school mean girls. They had no interest in speaking to me at all. It genuinely seemed like they wanted me to leave. So I did, empty handed. The girl I interacted with had dark, straight hair parted in the middle, light complexion. At one point I was sent a photo by my hair dresser of what to buy and she looked me dead in the eye and said “we don’t have that here.” I almost laughed at how cold and pissed off she seemed. I ended up going over to Cosmo Prof and told those girls about my experience and they said almost in unison that I should never go to Salon Centric and that they’re known for being rude. They helped me find what I needed in literally a matter of minutes. Point blank period, it is SO easy to be good at customer service in an empty store with two people in it. Do better girls, you’re embarrassing yourself.

This professional beauty supply is completely stocked, organized and has knowledgeable employees. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have goldwell or joico color.
I’m really debated on switching my color line to redken so that I don’t have to shop a Cosmoprof anymore. I’m SO OVER them never having any of the things I need!!
