They gave my nine-year-old the worst haircut I’ve ever seen, one that another barber had to completely fix. We decided to give them another chance, thinking we’d just avoid that stylist and move on. When we came back, we were told it would be a 15-minute wait. After sitting there for 45 minutes, they finally said that none of the barbers felt comfortable cutting my son’s hair because one of them “felt picked on” from last time — even though I was polite and just asked someone else to fix the mistake. Instead of being upfront, they let us waste nearly an hour waiting, only to turn us away in the end. It was unprofessional, awkward, and an enormous waste of time. I will not be returning.
