- TWTim WJan 31, 20263.0We’ve been going here for years, stylist are great, unfortunately the wait times have become outrageous. We use the app to check in, when we get there we are still waiting for 30 min plus. Two ladies cutting hair, 85 min wait. Please hire more. This is crazy.
- SKStan KainJan 17, 20261.0If you have disabilities i would about at all cost the way i was treated yesterday who know s how me other people treated the way i was. Walk-in welcome them i am told i have down load app to get hair cut i just had back surgery 1st time in 6 weeks got out of it took every ounce of energy just to sit and be ignore. This place is definitely not ADA compliant if they were they would of help me come through the front door instead i struggle getting the door open and trip but i caught my fall that alone would of put me back in the hospital. I sat there for 45 mins watch people coming in and out with a bunch of kids haircuts. I decide after being treated that i went and told the lady that i certainly hope they don’t does this to all disabled people. They will get my service. I found another place that doesn’t requires app and they treat you with respect help with all your disable need.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
