Walk-in welcome them i am told i have down load app to get hair cut i just had back surgery 1st time in 6 weeks got out of it took every ounce of energy just to sit and be ignore. This place is definitely not ADA compliant if they were they would of help me come through the front door instead i struggle getting the door open and trip but i caught my fall that alone would of put me back in the hospital. I sat there for 45 mins watch people coming in and out with a bunch of kids haircuts. I decide after being treated that i went and told the lady that i certainly hope they don’t does this to all disabled people. They will get my service. I found another place that doesn’t requires app and they treat you with respect help with all your disable need.

This has happened a few times so just be prepared for a wait, despite the app telling you that you are next in line (we waited 63 minutes).
