Looked to good reviews and booked a wash, haircut and style online. This is not your typical hair salon, it’s several suits in a building. I came in and there was no space reserved for my service. They rambled and found a space for me. Absolutely filthy and full of clutter, just gross and disgusting. The wash station was this run down sink that I regret putting my neck and head on. The towel she used to dry my hair smelled I sat there absolutely disgusted and had to keep my eyes closed just to avoid my reality. I am not one to complain or be difficult, but this was absolutely horrendous. Do better, take pride in your business. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but keeping things clean and organized doesn’t cost money.
