  I was asking for a product to color correct my eyebags and asked one of the employees to help me match either a color corrector or a concealer. Instead, she started lecturing me about going sleeping early and to focus on that instead of finding a concealer. I didn’t even ask for her opinion on that. Not to mentioned she seemed annoyed and had an attitude that I was asking her about a shade in the first place. I didn’t ask for her opinion on that and she instead guided me towards the eye creams instead of what I was there to buy. The product was not even good, it was a waste of money.

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and organization at the Santa Anita mall. My sister and I visited the Sephora store there to buy some Korean skin care products, but we couldn't find any assistance. The associates were too busy chatting with each other and ignoring us when we asked for help. One even refused to assist us because she was busy retouching her makeup. My sister eventually gave up and suggested we go to Nordstrom instead. When I tried to take photos to document the poor service, an associate asked me to stop. I definitely don’t recommend going to this Sephora location. #Disappointed #BadCustomerService #SantaAnitaMall.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sephora. I booked my makeup appointment weeks in advance, only to have it canceled less than 24 hours before my event, leaving me scrambling to find a last-minute alternative. This was incredibly stressful and upsetting, especially since appointments like this are usually booked for important occasions. I received a call from someone named Alex, but no real solution or attempt to help rebook in a reasonable way was offered. When you schedule ahead of time, you expect a company as big as Sephora to honor that commitment. This experience showed me that you can’t rely on Sephora for special event services, which is very disappointing given their reputation. I won’t be booking makeup services here again.
