  I have always love l’occitane and their products, I’ve always been a loyal customer to them, this bad review is only for the employee who works here on January 14th 2026. When I made purchase all I did is taping the card, I did not push any donation button or receipt on the kiosk. I also don’t donate through purchasing kiosk because I don’t trust it. I end up having a credit card transaction of 3 dollar donation from L’occitane and we have to end up go back and ask the employee because I thought it’s credit card fraud. The lady there told us it’s us the one who might accidentally pushed the button! Which we clearly didn’t. I know it’s only 3 dollars, and it’s for good use. But it’s not right to push your mistake to the customer. I remember all we did is taping the card. I don’t want to argue with you guys over this because I know it’s an accident. But please be careful in the future, this is not a mistake you should make again.

  Love theae products and the lady shop assistant here was so so helpful and patient! I got just what I needed and more. :) Great place! (Even though it's small,they can hunt for other stores that have what you maybe searching for)

  Love to visit L'Occitane store so i can smell the products before finalizing my purchases. Three favorite products are the moisturizing shampoo/conditioner, almond shower oil and shea butter based creams. Yes it could be pricey but worth it to use on daily basis; simple pleasures of a working Mom.
