- GLG LDec 27, 20251.0I will agree with other reviews. I was here visiting. This store in Santa Anita is awful. There were 5 employees just standing around talking. I was not greeted as l walked into the store. Actually, l was given dirty looks. When l left 4 of the five employees were were still in the same spot as when l entered. I would not even choose to buy on line and pick up products at this store. Awful!! This never happens at the store at the sephora l shop at.

At checkout, the cashier was openly rude and sour, making faces as if my presence was an inconvenience. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. Zero professionalism and zero customer service.
