I booked my makeup appointment weeks in advance, only to have it canceled less than 24 hours before my event, leaving me scrambling to find a last-minute alternative. This was incredibly stressful and upsetting, especially since appointments like this are usually booked for important occasions. I received a call from someone named Alex, but no real solution or attempt to help rebook in a reasonable way was offered. When you schedule ahead of time, you expect a company as big as Sephora to honor that commitment. This experience showed me that you can’t rely on Sephora for special event services, which is very disappointing given their reputation. I won’t be booking makeup services here again.

I was not greeted as l walked into the store. Actually, l was given dirty looks. When l left 4 of the five employees were were still in the same spot as when l entered. I would not even choose to buy on line and pick up products at this store. Awful!! This never happens at the store at the sephora l shop at.

At checkout, the cashier was openly rude and sour, making faces as if my presence was an inconvenience. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. Zero professionalism and zero customer service.
