I went to the Antioch location today. Big mistake, HUGE! I wasn't greeted until I got to the register. Nobody smiles at you. They ignore you. Haven't been to this location since my last horrific encounter with the older lady that worked there. Now there's an older lady that works there with Grey hair. She just walked up and asked for my ID, no hello or anything. I merely asked if they had any samples today because every purchase should receive samples. How else am I going to try new products without purchasing. She said oh no we don't have any samples. Uggh very frustrating. I told her, everytime I come in here for purchases, you NEVER EVER have any samples. I also asked for them to refill my perfume, they stated they don't do that either. Ummm, huh¿¿¿ no samples, no customer service to speak of, and they don't even refill fragrances. USELESS LOCATION!!

Visited recently Ryan was incredibly helpful , when asked he immediately located the product and size asked for , ‘Asra’ at register , when told I was not able to come in for my birthday gift, two weeks prior, though she was not able to provide my gift, she did give 2 samples , it was appreciated and she was kind, as well.

I asked an associate to check on a fragrance for me, and she indicated that she would check in the back. I waited, but she never returned. When I later looked for her, she was assisting another customer without any follow-up or acknowledgment.
Additionally, there was a 20% discount being offered on fragrances, and I also had reward points available to use. I was told that I could not apply my points in combination with the discount and had to choose one or the other. This is confusing and frustrating, as the purpose of a rewards program is to provide added value to loyal customers, not restrict its use in this way.
