  I asked an associate to check on a fragrance for me, and she indicated that she would check in the back. I waited, but she never returned. When I later looked for her, she was assisting another customer without any follow-up or acknowledgment. Additionally, there was a 20% discount being offered on fragrances, and I also had reward points available to use. I was told that I could not apply my points in combination with the discount and had to choose one or the other. This is confusing and frustrating, as the purpose of a rewards program is to provide added value to loyal customers, not restrict its use in this way.

  While I was in college, I worked for Sephora for a few years, and absolutely loved it. I haven't been inside of a store in AGES, but I had two credit/redemption cards from trial kits that I needed to exchange for products, so I stopped in the Antioch location today, and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by the incredible Aiofe. She noticed me kind of gazing overwhelmed trying to locate the right brands, and told me she'd be right back to assist once she dropped an item off at Cash Wrap. She went above and beyond to help me find items that my (quite old) redemption certificates would cover, and was so kind, patient and sweet, that I would honestly come back just to get her opinion on new products/trends and shop based on her suggestions. Truly the epitome of what all Sephora cast members should strive to be.

  The staff were super helpful and so nice! The only reason I don’t give 5 stars was because they were out of multiple items that I specifically came for. I still ended up spending a lot of money though lol
