We both tried nicely to repeat gender-neutral terms for each other to them but I guess it didn’t translate well, and then they started talking about church so I was nervous to be more specific. They also left a giant uneven chunk where I specifically told them I needed it evened out but unfortunately I was too frazzled and didn’t see it until today (the day after). Honestly, the entire cut is one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten and I didn’t realize it until after I left. My hair has never been so uneven in my life and I legitimately do not know how that person calls themselves a professional. The day after I went through with my fingers to check length and I could swear a preschooler could do a better job than this. Never, EVER going back to any store in this entire chain.
