  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mlle. Antoinette’s Parfumerie in Disneyland. I am an avid Disney fan and have been visiting both Disneyland and Disney World for over 20 years. I come to the parks to enjoy myself and happily spend money on things that create lasting memories, but this experience was the complete opposite of what I expect from Disney. The employees were very rude and came across as elitist. I felt judged and unwelcome, as if they had already decided I could not afford the products. I was barely allowed to smell the perfumes and was never offered assistance. The difference in how we were treated from other customers inside was uncomfortable and deeply disappointing. Disney is known for outstanding customer service, inclusivity, and making every guest feel valued. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had in my 20+ years of visiting the parks. I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and extremely let down. I truly hope management addresses this behavior, because no guest should ever feel judged, dismissed, or treated differently in a place that is meant to be magical for everyone.

  I love to stop in and buy my perfume from here every year. This year it was such a treat to have a bottle hand painted. My favorite Disneyland souvenir!

  Buscaba un perfume a base de jasmines, la joven que me atendió no encontró algo con esa base. Pero en general habían buenos olores de la marca Guerlain

  This place is a joke. Not at all the place it used to be. First, all they carry is Guerlain. They used to carry much more, now only Guerlain. Oh and half of the stuff on display they can't sell you because they are out of stock. Why display it then? Why not at least place an out-of-stock sign on it? Why give you the price, you ask for it, and only then will they tell you that it is not for sale? Save your time and just keep walking.
