  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mlle. Antoinette’s Parfumerie in Disneyland. I am an avid Disney fan and have been visiting both Disneyland and Disney World for over 20 years. I come to the parks to enjoy myself and happily spend money on things that create lasting memories, but this experience was the complete opposite of what I expect from Disney. The employees were very rude and came across as elitist. I felt judged and unwelcome, as if they had already decided I could not afford the products. I was barely allowed to smell the perfumes and was never offered assistance. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law, who is white, was repeatedly asked if he needed help, while my sister and I were ignored entirely. The difference in how we were treated was uncomfortable and deeply disappointing. Disney is known for outstanding customer service, inclusivity, and making every guest feel valued. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had in my 20+ years of visiting the parks. I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and extremely let down. I truly hope management addresses this behavior, because no guest should ever feel judged, dismissed, or treated differently in a place that is meant to be magical for everyone.

  I love to stop in and buy my perfume from here every year. This year it was such a treat to have a bottle hand painted. My favorite Disneyland souvenir!

  Sadly I had a bad experience I was standing around waiting to be helped but no employee offered to assist me in guess they thought I wasn’t going to buy anything however I have made a few purchases here before some perfumes for my wife. After a few minutes I decide to just walk out as the employees were just staring at me with out even offering assistance and made me uncomfortable.

  The staff are super friendly and professional. The cologne and perfume are high quality and are on the high end for that reason. I highly recommend L'Homme Ideal if you are looking for a great cologne.
