When I walked in, an attendant asked if I needed help while I was on a call, so I politely gestured for her to wait. Once I finished, I asked if they had Kayali perfumes, and she very rudely said no without even checking or making an effort to help. The perfumes were actually there, which made it even more frustrating. It’s disappointing to see such lack of interest and customer service from someone representing Sephora. A little courtesy and effort go a long way.

Then was rudely approached asking if I needed help and was told not to open anything. When I told her nobody wanted to help me she wanted to argue that someone did ask me. So unprofessional and rude! Will never go back to this location!
