- SMSunny MerryJan 12, 20261.0I remember when Sephora opened and the staff wore sharp uniforms with black gloves. I think this Kohls collab is a bad idea because the staff is messy looking and unprofessional! I saw two employees plucking each others eyebrows on the sales floor. They obviously need a better manager to not let that kind of stuff happen. Also, the inventory is never well supplied.

They see people at the cashier but make them wait because they're having a conversation with each other. Besides the employees being the worst. They never have anything in stock.
