  Taylor was absolutely amazing! My usual Morphe foundation has been sold out across Canada, so I came in hoping to find a replacement. She took the time to really listen to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect foundation that matched both my skin type and my complexion. She went above and beyond by also giving me a sample in a darker shade so I’d have the perfect match for my spray tan for my upcoming bachelorette.

  Inventory at this location is incredibly limited. If you are looking for the full line of Pattern products, they are not here. KVD line of products is also not available at this location. Fenty products are limited. The employees are super helpful though!!!

  Excellent store, excellent stock on hand and the staff are amazing! BROOKE is amazing! Need to find a correct foundation shade? She’s phenomenal for getting it right. She knew the different makeup lines so well! I could choose from a few. I couldn’t be happier!

  Just stopped in to replace a product I had purchased some time ago with a gift certificate and was so impressed by the young manager who brightened my day by being so helpful and by giving me a lovely sample of mascara along with a neat contain. I think I will return.

  Hello, I had a disappointing experience a week ago at the St. Albert location. I went in the store knowing what product I wanted to buy, just needed some guidance shade-wise. I asked someone for help, and she said she wouldn't help me but someone else could. So I went talk to the person she mentioned and she told me "she'd be with me in a minute". 1, 5, 10, 15 minutes later and she didn't come back, she was helping other customers that went in the store after me. I felt ignored, so I just went pay something else, the cashier asked me if I had gotten help from someone and told her what happened. The one employee was there and didn't even acknowledged. Nobody did, the cashier just said "oh sorry about that do you still want help?" 😒. So disappointing! Employees at the WEM location actually care about customers and make the experience actually enjoyable. I'm not stepping foot at the St. Albert location anytime soon. Boo 🍅🍅🍅
