  I had a wonderful experience with Aspen at Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora! Erin Ridge North. She did an amazing job with my brow tint and wax. She was professional, attentive, and took great acare to make sure my brows looked beautiful. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for perfectly shaped and tinted brows. Thank you, Aspen, for your excellent service! I’ll definitely be back!

  The staff here are the absolute worst. They are nothing but rude as soon as you walk through the door. I will never shop at Sephora again because of my terrible experience at this location. I’ve had bad experiences at other Sephora locations before but this St. Albert location is the worst of the worst. The manager is absolutely useless and possibly worse than the rest of the staff. Never again.

  Had to take my mother's phone for this one. my family forgot me at the mall, my only hope was to stop at Sephora, my second home. I am only 7 but very articulate. Since I am a regular I had to stock up on my collection. As I walked in I was stopped and told I needed a guardian to enter the facility, I had around 450 bucks as I spent the other 300 at lulu. I went around looking for my glow recipe retinal, when this sephora employee stopped me and said I was too young for it , clearly she doesn't know what she's talking about. So annoying shut down this location! #nevergoingback #boycottsephora.

  Very disappointing customer service. Every time you ask one of the employees a question about a product, they either have no idea what they’re talking about or respond with a rude, dismissive attitude\. It feels like you’re bothering them simply by asking for help. Most of the staff seem more interested in stocking shelves and avoiding customers than doing their actual jobs. If you work at Sephora, you should know the products you’re selling and be able to answer basic questions without acting annoyed or uninterested. Customers spend good money at this location, and those purchases help pay your paycheques.The least you can do is treat people with basic respect and appreciation.Instead, customers are ignored, brushed off, and made to feel like an inconvenience. This location needs better trained, friendlier employees who actually know the products and are willing to help. Helping customers is not an unbearable chore this was an awful experience, and the service was completely unacceptable never again will I walk in this store do better.
