  I came shopping for my girlfriend in secret to surprise her but I didn’t know where to find all the makeup and didn’t have some of the shades. But an employee named Rachelle saw me lost and offered to help, she pulled up my girlfriend’s Sephora account and was able to give me the exact shades I needed and provided exceptional service. I recommend this Sephora to anyone looking for beauty supplies and amazing customer service, thank you Rachelle.

  We had such a wonderful experience at the Sephora store in Emerald Hills! My 10-year-old daughter and her friend stopped by just to look around, and they were treated with so much kindness and respect. A special thank you to Fayo for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely happy to answer all of the girls’ questions. She made them feel welcome and valued, which meant a lot to us. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and patience. Fayo truly went above and beyond, and she made our visit memorable. Five stars to the Emerald Hills Sephora, and especially to Fayo for delivering top-notch customer service. Keep up the excellent work! 🌟

  Love the store for selection but customer service is AWFUL! I am always greeted politely entering the store but its all downhill from there. No one ever asks if I need help, I have go track someone down myself and the girls are always standing together in a group chit chatting. Today I was in the perfume section for half an hour with four sales associates goofing around and not one asked me if I needed any help.

  My wife was in your store today. She was totally ignored by the staff. She was turned away from many staff and had to make a scene to get service. Each time she is there she spends well over $500 on an average visit. Staff and customer service was nonexistent.
