- MCMegan CeroneSep 30, 20261.0WROST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! i went in yesterday to get one product that i always use and i love. one of the lady walked up to me and asked if i needed help with anything which i didnt mind at all. She then try to push a product on to me that i didnt ask about or wanted to know about. later on i was walking around the strore looking at things and the same lady looks at me and tell me i have something on my face so i stop mid walk to chek and she then tell me its just my bad skin. i was shocked she even said that to me and felt so uncomfortable. she then try to sell me on a bunch of skin care and told me more things about my skin that i found just rude . i had to tell her that i already have a skin care line up that im very happy with. i was so uncomfortable that i just paid for my things and left. i ended up telling my friends about this and they were just as shocked she treated me the way she did. im not one to write a review but this felt needed and i hope they see this and do somthing about it . no one derserve to feel like that in a store

- ESErin SilbernagelSep 24, 20261.0This is the only Sephora I've ever felt disregarded going into, greeter asks if I need help finding anything, I tell her the product Im looking for, neither her nor the 2 other employees move from their spot at the front and continue chatting and they simply point in the vague direction of the shelf. I find the shelf the product would be on but is clearly being reworked. I go to ask again for the product and am told it is being discontinued, after telling me this they turn away from me and continue chatting to each other. No offer of help or suggestions to replace the discontinued product.
