  My wife was in your store today. She was totally ignored by the staff. She was turned away from many staff and had to make a scene to get service. Each time she is there she spends well over $500 on an average visit. Staff and customer service was nonexistent.

  I and my wife recently visited Sephora at 800-7000 Emerald Dr, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0P5, and we had such a pleasant experience that I felt it deserved a positive review. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. The store itself was bright, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the wide selection of beauty, skincare, fragrance, and haircare products. Everything was neatly displayed, and I appreciated how easy it was to find both popular brands and new products to explore. What truly stood out during our visit was the customer service. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping customers find products that suited their needs. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which made the shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. When I had questions about skincare products, a team member took the time to explain different options and offered helpful recommendations based on my concerns. Their knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and it was clear they cared about providing excellent service. Another thing I loved was the variety of brands available. Overall, our experience at Sephora in Sherwood Park was outstanding.   Went to find a few products. Initially thought that all staff were busy helping customers, then realized that 3-4 staff were standing near the till chatting. No one said hello or offered to help. We left. Lost interest in shopping in a store where staff couldn't be bothered with customer service.
