  Rachelle was amazing, she did a makeup service for me for my engagement photos and she did an amazing job! Taking away a star because my god those stools are uncomfortable. Maybe look into upgrading?

  I always have a great experience at SEPHORA. The staff are super helpful and really take the time to recommend products that match my skin tone and needs. I love that you can try so many products in-store before buying. The store is clean, well organized, and has a huge selection of brands. Definitely my go-to for makeup and skincare!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora yesterday. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have spent a significant amount of money with this company, so the way I was treated was honestly upsetting. As the store was closing, I was already on my way out and literally at the door waiting for my Uber. An employee told me to “get out” in a very rude tone, even though I was clearly leaving. When I calmly pointed out that this is not how customers should be treated, she gave me a side eye, rolled her eyes, and walked away. I completely understand store closing procedures, but there’s a respectful way to communicate with customers. This interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially toward someone who has supported the brand for years. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should feel disrespected like that.

  Just had the most unwelcoming experience. Walked in to make an exchange on an item, was unsure where the brand was. Walked around looking for someone to help me, but was met with sneers and rude up down looks. (Wasn’t wearing makeup, had a hoodie and leggings on). Asked one of the workers direction to where the brand was as I don’t normally shop at this location, and was given a cold and rude response of, “if you look DIRECTLY behind you, it’s right there. Excuse me.”, rolled her eyes, and immediately walked away. It sucks because I spend a lot of money at Sephora locations. Just because the one time I’m not dressed up, I get judged and ignored. I definitely won’t be coming back, as long as other locations are open. It was very unsettling, uncomfortable, and not a pleasant experience. Cold, unwelcoming environment with Sephora reps who don’t seem to even wanna be there. Did my return, got my mascara and immediately left. Maybe learn customer service pleasantries, or find different jobs. All customers deserve an equal experience.
