    Really disappointing experience at Sephora today. We spent almost an hour in the store just trying to get matched to a couple foundation shades. The first employee took around 30 minutes, then got switched out, and the next person didn’t come help us for another 10 minutes. We had plans afterward, so wasting that much time was extremely frustrating. To make things worse, one of the employees dropped foundation and it got on the clothes we were wearing for dinner. There was little accountability or effort to actually resolve the situation. The manager, Sandy, was also extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried explaining why we were frustrated after waiting so long and having our clothes stained, he kept repeating that “everyone is busy” instead of acknowledging the situation. The conversation felt very unprofessional. I understand stores get busy, but poor communication, careless service, and dismissive management made this one of the worst Sephora experiences I’ve had.

    My friend and I visited this location over the weekend having never gone to a Sephora before. We are both older women with some makeup habits from our teens who were looking for some updated makeup products and ideas. Olivia was the associate who helped us and she was amazing! She listened, asked questions and then made fabulous suggestions. She made sure that we both had an excellent experience.

    I don't remember her name but she has pink short hair. What a delightful person I appreciated her help and her recommendations. I was thinking of getting a product with retinol in it and she said go for it but how much to you know about it? Long story short she directed me to this cellular youth by Paula's Choice and I love it. My skin looks amazing I will definitely come back to this location. She has redeemed my opinion of sophora. I came in today and I had Gladys help me. She is another fantastic associate. Very knowledgeable and just fantastic all around.

    I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora- Crossiron with Sephora staff (Manta & Lara) and Cristy(Givenchy), and I truly felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. The team went above and beyond to help me—not just with product recommendations, but with genuine care, patience, and kindness. They took the time to listen, understand what I needed, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choices. What touched me the most was their warmth and sincerity. It didn’t feel like a typical shopping experience—it felt personal, thoughtful, and supportive. Their friendliness and attention to detail made a lasting impression on me. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment and for going the extra mile. I truly appreciate the care and effort you put into helping me and my daughter. Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just great products, but exceptional service.

    Hands down, I had the best experience ever with the worker Xynah there. She knows her products so well and always knows exactly what to recommend based on your skin type. I love asking her for help every time I go, she’s always so friendly and happy to help with absolutely whatever you need. I definitely recommend her, she’s amazing!!! (Also, her taste in fragrances is elite!!!)
