  We had an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Japleen! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our visit. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and provided excellent recommendations without making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.   I booked my makeup at Sephora for a party and they canceled it saying the makeup artist called sick, I had the wedding to attend and imagine they were asking if I will go to market mall for makeup when I live in NE. Terrible experience with them, makeup artist called sick and they have no backup. What kind of service you are offering. I’m so disappointed.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience! Gaby was super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable without being pushy at all. Really appreciated her recommendations and customer service.   I had a horrible experience at Sephora today. I went with my friend to get a foundation for her which matches her skin. The lady who helped her was really nice and tested a couple of foundation shades on her skin and helped her thoroughly. When my friend asked her for a tester she was given one. Then, I made my mind to test foundation for myself other than Mac(as I own it currently). I couldn’t get ahold of the same lady who helped my friend as she was in training. I was offered help by some other girl whose face said everything that she was not interested in helping anyone. When i tried first shade, right away she said should i get this for you. I was like bro lemme try another one so that i can decide between different foundations. She then tested another one and liked that one as well. I couldn’t decide between those two and asked for tester for both. She said she can only offer 3 testers per person and it was my first time asking for it. She told me lemme see and didn’t come for next 5-7 minutes. I asked another employee if i can get testers and was going ti ask about the employee who was helping me, she right away said “i can’t get double testers for me and you already got two we know that its in your carrier”. She was literally standing at the front entrance for the whole time and told me this. Such disgusting behaviour, the girl then came and called another person who was going to say the same thing. And i stopped her before she could say anything, i asked her you people don’t know the difference between a single person and two people, literally saying that one person can get 3 testers only and i got zero. How could you even say that without any proof and without looking what i got. They should get the same treatment from someone as they treated me today, i had to say do you want to check my bag to see I am not lying. Please quit your job if you are not willing to help someone and sit at home rather than ruining someone’s day.

  I had an unfortunate experience at Sephora today. While I was simply walking through the store, a staff member bumped into me and I was pushed into a display rack. I ended up with two bruises, one on my arm and one on my foot. I didn’t bother asking for a manager because I didn’t want to make a bigger issue out of it, but I do hope the staff member becomes more aware of her surroundings, especially in a busy store, to prevent something like this from happening to another customer. Accidents can happen, but being more mindful of customers around you would definitely make a difference. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback.
