    I go into the store and ask for a shade match for the Armani Luminous Silk. And one of the girls ( a benefits cosemetic representative) a young brown girl comes over and matches me. Of course she comes in with a lot of attitude and matches me. Then I tell her that i’d want a shade lighter because im currently tanner then usual so I want my shade to work out for me. She goes and makes the sample ( I recived barley any product she merely just coated the little container) then continues! To speak to another representative talking about how “ im sick of this mindset of girls wanting to be lighter” like girl thats not what I was implying I simply said I was too tan at the moment? Girls like this shouldnt be working in this field of work where you’ll come across many different types of customers, just do your job girl. I approached her with such a nice attitude and this is what I got in return, absolutely disgusting. Sephora do better.

    Thank you to Jia (wearing a pink mask) for the exceptional service. I came into the store looking for a MAC lipstick for my mom, and she also helped me, a fellow girlie, find a new pink lipstick shade for myself. She was so patient while helping me compare swatches and narrow down my options. Thanks to her advice, I found the perfect color for my lips! Her kindness, expertise, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Jia, for going above and beyond! Got the Del Rio shade 💙

    Has lots in stock, however I had a few instances that made me resilient to return or shop in store again. Customers don't have any awareness and make a mess of the place *which is not Sephoras fault but make the space bigger*. The staff watched me intensively when I passed by the fragrance wall for a spritz to check if it worked with my ph balance. I tried to get my bday gift and was met with a side eye especially when I asked which bday gift was available. Even in January they had no bday stuff. With no bday gifts available in January I was pretty disappointed. Drove out of my way to come by but alas. I found it intimidating with so many workers asking if I needed help and all I did was try to walk up to the counter to get bday gift and a spray of perfume. Going without makeup on will make every single worker there continually side eye you and ask if you need help in a low tone. The bright lights, strong mix of perfumes wafting past their doors, and the overwhelming feeling of claustrophobia with the limited space to even walk gave me a headache in the 5 mins I was there. With the prices going up as well it's becoming less and less of a place I'd go to shop.

    I did not received "willing to serve" service. Three staff served me. 1st came she called 2nd one , 2nd one called 3rd one and she gave one sunscreen and left , not asking if needed help. Faces looks not welcoming , not interested on customer's satisfaction. Dont care at all ... Looks ignoring. During Cash-out, She asked "everything you found ?" . I said no . Thats it. no response. It's kind of Auto mode . Not interested on customer satisfaction.Full of ignore attitude. Not recommend Crossiron store.

    I was helped by Patrica, she was so amazing and such a wonderful employee! She helped me find foundation and a good concealer shade. Best employee I’ve ever met! She’s a keeper!!
