    I just love lush and like especially this location, I love the main guy he’s so sweet and helpful I think he’s the manager but he’s the best and I don’t know his name but I just wanted to put that is this best location and I appreciate everyone who works here and that everyone here is sweet and amazing and kind and always makes my day! 💜

    I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience here thanks to your employee McKayla. She was incredibly knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions, help me and my friend find exactly what we were looking for, and let me know when I can next expect a product that was sold out. She went out of her way to give some great advice for something she overheard us talking about, and she was genuinely so kind and it really made this visit memorable. Great employee :)

    This is an update to my review below. Today when we entered the store a person (Pete) came over rightvaway and asked if we required help. He then went on to explain everything in great length. I mentioned I was hesitant to return after my previous experience. I explained and he said "you gave the bad review." He then explained when he saw the review it was a downfall on the stores part and they had a team meeting to ensure everyone was onboard with the service targets. Overall this was a great experience.
