  Layout of the shop was good and everything. there was one person working there, she followed us while me and my friends looked around for some bath bombs or cream, my friend opened the fridge, the worker walks up to us and says “does that say try me on it” my friend says idk then the worker says “if it doesn’t say try me it’s not for use” i don’t know what she said specifically but she said it VERY snarky and backhanded. after we left the store my friend told me that the fridge said “try me!” also when we came in there was a bowl of water it looked like bath bombs had been put into it so i looked at the bath bombs and she was like “just please don’t put anything in the water sweetie” the water clearly had bath bombs put into it mind you. once again she was VERY backhanded. so we did leave right after because that was an awful experience. i saw a lot of reviews about staff being backhanded and snarky, it’s truee!!! and they won’t do anything about it.

  When I visited lush today I had one of the best experiences in retail. Lush typically has nicer employees than most, but coming from Seattle and BC, Crossirons lush exceeded in every way! Two employees, Jess and Ireland, were very helpful and efficient! They suggested products and solutions effectively to any issue I mentioned. 10/10, they deserve a raise and I wish I could do more than leave a review, but I’d recommend anyone with skin sensitivity to ask them since they’re very knowledgeable! The selection was also better than the locations by the coast.

  I love this location so much. I was greeted by a lady who was incredibly kind and caring. She approached me right away, stayed by my side, and asked exactly what I was looking for. She even selected and held the bath bombs I wanted for me I didn’t have to touch a thing. All I had to do was tell her what I wanted and tap my card. She was truly amazing, and I wish I had gotten her name. Her help made the experience so easy, and my sister was so happy.

  Long checkout, almost 10 mins just to pay, lady smashes the products as she scans them. I’d avoid this location. Update: quite a bit of snark from their response. They did in fact damage an item but couldn’t replace it as it was the last of due to the sale. Never mentioned a bath bomb.. Shows you their lack of customer service. As above, avoid this place..
