  I want to commend Amethyst at Sephora in Bower Mall for her excellent customer service. What I really appreciated about her was how she listened carefully to what I wanted instead of trying to push products on me. When I first came in, I told her I wanted a light-coverage foundation and that I was also hoping for something within a reasonable price range. She respected both of those preferences and recommended products that truly matched what I asked for. I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive or something I didn’t need. Later, I came back to exchange the foundation because I realized that I actually wanted fuller coverage. Even then, Amethyst was still very kind, patient, and happy to help me. I also acknowledged to her that the lighter foundation was exactly what I had originally asked for, so her recommendation was completely appropriate. What stood out to me most was that she consistently focused on my needs and preferences. She adapts to what the customer wants, listens well, and provides helpful options without being pushy. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers. Sephora is lucky to have someone like Amethyst on the team.

  I attended the store today, Wednesday, May 6. I went in, knowing the brand of foundation I wanted. I was greeted by three different staff, and they were all very lovely and offered to help. I discovered I had forgotten to document the shade of foundation and since it was a gift the last time it was purchased for me, There was no way to look it up. Jonathan was fantastic. He did a few samples for shade match and when I got home. I realized he chose the exact shade I had before and the one that I needed. So impressed, great work Jonathan!

  Amethyst D did an incredible job on my eyelashes. They looked so long, thick and beautiful. I have never had them done that way before and still can’t recreate the look myself haha. She’s super sweet. I’d recommend booking your makeup with her!

  Today March 6th, 2026 from 6pm-6:15pm I was looking into my list of things on the Sephora app; before coming in. As finding things online would help ahead of time when arriving. This staff Mila greeted me. And I was just coming off work with carrying a backpack, but it’s payday. So I wanted to get the things I wanted that I’ve saved up for. I asked about the brow kit that I was looking into and asked where it would’ve been in the store rather than finding it myself. She showed me the area of Anastasia Products. And helped me find what I was looking for in a quick manner. - Thank you Mila! Also, I was browsing through the fragrance shelves for PRADA parfumes. And this other Staff Amethyst has helped me found what I was looking for and answered all my questions for the bottle sizes and price ranges. This staff also helped me quickly find it. And Amethyst Helped me pay for my things at a small counter corner in the store with a small digital device, gave me my receipt and gave me a warm farewell. I would highly recommend this location at bower mall, if you’re shopping for Sephora products. THE STAFF IS AMAZING! And quick, the HOSPITALITY WAS THE BEST experience! THE STAFF IS ON IT AT THIS LOCATION!! Well done!
