I stopped in at Great Clips at Stachan Corner in Medicine Hat today, (01-May-26), I am from Saskatchewan and just driving through, but decided to stop there on the way through. It was later in the morning, but I went and found an almost full waiting area, so I was somewhat worried about staying on time on my journey to southern Alberta. I was asked to register and that it would be approximately a 20 minute wait, so I decide to stay. My wait was 5 minutes, if it was that long, so I was already a happy customer. Amanda brought me to her station, asked me what I would like and she proceeded to cut my hair. That maybe to 10 minutes and I got exactly what I asked for. The whole process took less than the projected 20 minutes wait time. Overall, this was an excellent experience and if / when we come through Medicine Hat, I will save my hair until I arrive and hopefully Amanda will still be there. Thank you very much for my experience. Garry

I told her to do curtain bangs and layers for my hair. The bangs and the layers that she did are completely uneven they look so bad, she cuts my length as well and I told her I don't want to cut the length. She completely ruined my hair. It takes me 2 years to grow my hair and she ruined everything in minutes. Am not going at this place anymore and letting everyone know don't ever go there. She didn't just made my hair terrible but she ruined my feelings and emotions as well because I did trust them. Very very disappointed 😔😔

I needed a last minute braiding for my daughter as she had a competition and she done an amazing job of it. I'm sorry I didn't catch any names but to the receptionist who went to the effort of asking if anyone could do it thank you and to the stylist who done it..... you helped my girl win silver! Will visit again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
