  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location and won’t be returning. My mom and I came in to shop, and I typically spend around $300 on hair care, makeup, and perfume during my visits. From the moment we entered, we felt unwelcome. An employee immediately questioned why we were there and then continued to closely watch and follow me while I was swatching foundation, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After finding our products, we went to rinse the makeup off our hands because there were no makeup wipes or sanitizer available. The same employee told us we couldn’t use the sinks because they had just been sanitized. When I explained there were no wipes available, the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. Because of the poor customer service and how uncomfortable we were made to feel, I decided not to make my purchase and won’t be returning.

  I had probably the most negative experience I have ever had at a sephora. I have short short hair and today I was wearing more tomboyish clothes. I have been saving for a while to purchase a specific perfume, and I went in today to do so. After about 10 minutes of me standing around the fragrance area, none of the 20 staff came over to offer help. So I get up the nerve and go up to a group of 4 employees (who are all trying makeup on each other instead of helping people) and ask for assistance. They all looked me up and down, exchanged glances, and then denied me the help with giggles. I stood there for a second completely appalled, and then started walking out of the store. I was on the verge of tears, and watched as a long haired blonde girl went to the same group and they immediately complied and helped her. I have never felt so judged in my life. This sephora will never get my business again.
