  I had such a wonderful experience at CCS today at Premium Outlet Mall. I happened to come across their promotion of 6 makeup products for only $78, which was such a great deal. Joy was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to let me try different products and carefully recommended items based on my skin type and what would work best for me. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all and truly wanted to help me find the right products. I ended up loving what I purchased, and I’m so happy I stopped by today. Thank you so much, Joy, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable! I will definitely come back again and highly recommend Joy to anyone looking for great service and personalized recommendations.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Joy! She was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose makeup products that actually suit my skin tone and needs. She gave me personal attention, took the time to look at each and every product with me, and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. She was very kind, professional, and welcoming—not only with me but with every customer. I truly appreciate her amazing customer service and would definitely recommend her

  A Great Experience at The Cosmetics Company Store I always enjoy shopping at The Cosmetics Company Store, and the 6 for $78 promotion is such a fantastic value! The staff are friendly, helpful, and always do their best to make customers feel welcome. One thing I think is important for customers to understand is that when the 6 for $78 sale is running, the stores can become extremely busy. Because of the volume of customers, the staff may not always be able to provide more personalized services such as detailed colour matching or creating an individualized skincare routine. It’s not because they don’t want to help—it’s simply difficult to provide those more time-consuming services while managing such a busy promotion. I really appreciate the hard work the staff put in during these sales. They are doing their best to serve everyone, keep the store organized, and make sure customers get the great deals they came for. I would definitely recommend shopping here, especially during the 6 for $78 promotion!

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit to your store today. I came in specifically to browse the premium outlet collection location in leduc, Alberta, hoping for some guidance and assistance. Unfortunately, the sales representative assigned to that area, Joy, was unwilling to help me despite being clearly available. While I stood waiting for assistance, I noticed her checking in on another customer every few minutes, giving that customer attentive, repeated service while completely overlooking me. What made this especially frustrating is that the store was far from busy. There were only two customers in the store at the time, including myself, and three cashiers on duty. There was no reasonable excuse for me to be ignored while adequate staff were available and the reason given was since this 6 for 78$ promo is going on store is getting busy and she has shipment to do. While only 2 people in the store during my visit, i spent half an hour in store finding products all by myself. She didn’t even checked once if i am finding everything okay or still need help. After 15 minutes, 2 more staff came in standing on cash talking the whole time! As a customer, I expect to be treated with the same courtesy and attention as anyone else, regardless of who I am or what I look like. This experience left me feeling overlooked and undervalued, which is not what I expect from your brand. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed with the staff member involved, and I hope future visits reflect the standard of service your company promotes.
