- TMTracey M.Sep 6, 20265.0Been to this Sephora a handful of times and have always had a nice experience. Thank you to the helpful and kind staff!
- RRreviewjaySep 5, 20265.0sila helped us out today and her customer service was impeccable, we felt so welcomed and had a great time cuz of her. will come back again!
- ACAj C.Sep 5, 20262.0The black woman at the cashier was so awkward and unfriendly. She gave me a weird look and said, “Oh, did you want that now?” Like yes?? That’s why I’m at the checkout 😭 Just really negative vibes and an ugly interaction. If you’re working in customer service, having a welcoming attitude is the bare minimum I’ve gotten much nicer and more welcoming service from other employees tho
- KMKirstin McCargarSep 3, 20265.0Great service today from Maddison ♡
- EJEllie JohnSep 1, 20261.0Horrible customer service experience. Went to pick up a $400 online order. Like 6 girls are all around/behind the front desk, 1 on her phone. All distracted and no one wants to help me. When I finally get my order and decide to purchase something else, the associate is so condescending and asks rudely if I already paid for the item or I am showing her what I want. In the end I decide to purchase the in store item, online. Not going back to this location solely based on the staff.
