  Extremely rude service provided by alleged supervisor including refusal to provide name to enable me to voice my comlaint further. Long time customer deciding to take my business elsewhere based on quality of Sephora services provided on this day.

  I visited this location this afternoon and was disappointed with the customer service. No one approached me to ask if I needed assistance, even though the store was not busy. I spent some time looking for a specific item and eventually noticed two employees having a personal conversation in the corner. When I politely said "excuse me" to ask for help, they seemed annoyed by the interruption, which made me feel uncomfortable. I asked for assistance anyway, and one of the employees quickly pointed me in the right direction before walking away. Unfortunately, this is not the first awkward experience I've had at the Mayfield location. I continue to shop there because it is convenient to where I work, but after today's experience, I don't plan on returning.

  Never have I walked into a Sephora and felt so genuinely welcomed until today. Sephora Mayfield, you absolutely rock! Abeer — your energy and professionalism are incredible. You’re an amazing manager and it truly shows in the atmosphere of the store. Sila — thank you for helping me choose my products so patiently and thoughtfully. You’re awesome! I'll start coming to this store from now on. Thank you again
