  I never leave any review but today I am so disappointed and frustrate with this customer service at sephora everytime this location . Everytime I visit there is always only one employe on the floor doing shade matching.Lots of customers waiting for help and complaining.Today I see at least 5 customers asking same girl employe for shade match in same time.This is no first time I notice this.The girl doing her best but it’s not fair to customer and staff employe when there is no coverage for this.I feels soo bad for the girl employee only she was doing shade matching and another lady standing at cash register. Do better with staffing . Please

  Came into this Sephora today to return a gift my girlfriend didn’t end up liking, and I only had the gift receipt (which is all I was given when I bought it). The cashier told me they can only do store credit or an exchange so I decided to look around to see if I could exchange it for something else and while doing so I ended up asking another employee if it was possible and she said yes and told me to go the front. So I went back to the same cashier and she said she would get her manager. The manager tried helping me and after going back and forth and advocating for myself she eventually tries to put it through and tells me to use my card for the refund.  I told her I tapped using my Apple Pay because I know the digits change for security reasons even if it is the same card and she tells me I’m not allowed to tap my phone. I leave and came back with my girlfriend to ask once more and when she asked how the manager was able to get the refund screen if they’re unable to do it with just a gift receipt, the same cashier said she probably thought he had an actual receipt- but she scanned my gift receipt to put it through? We ended up giving up because they were not taking us seriously. Went to another Sephora location and were able to get a refund done in 2 minutes no hassle. I don’t understand why they were saying it’s not possible to do. Such a frustrating experience, don’t recommend this location.

  Great experience at Sephora! I recently purchased some colognes, and I was impressed by the huge selection they carry. They have almost every fragrance collection you can think of, from popular designer brands to luxury options.

  Jhanna Kaye is girls girl! She is quite knowledgeable and her recommendations are the best. She made me feel welcome without passing any judgemental expressions. Her warmth, kindness and accurate knowledge of products helped me feel more comfortable and confident. If you’re looking for someone to walk you through all your queries Jhanna is the girl you should ask for help. Trust me, I been to many sephora locations across Canada. She’s the only one that stood out from helping to making me feel welcomed along with best knowledge of products that could works best for my skin type, my undertone etc. I am so happy. I will only be going to her. She deserves the raise for sure, also there’s couple girls that passes judgmental look while she always comes to help with a smile despite I asked her multiple questions and always have a smiling face at Cash register as well. Dear store Manager she needs appreciation for sure. I am a regular at this location. And I am writing this acknowledge her kindess and thankyou for being extra nice to people like me who sometimes walks cluless and walks out with a smile. Her suggestion was ilia skin tint, tower 28 moisturiser etc I requested a non comedogenic products and she ticks the boxes. Today I wore makeup at work confidently and got many compliments. Thankss Jhanna. God bless you. Keep doing you and that’s what you’re best at. I never wrote a review this is my first time.
