    Gotta love being a member for years and finally going back only to have the security guard follow me throughout the store while it was really busy. AT EVERY CORNER while i tried to look for lipstick. Uncomfortable, as Ive never come here now I remember why I dont. Just cause Im brown, and tattooed doesnt mean im gunna steal anything. I actually cant stand when people assume Im a bad person when my money is green like everyone elses' . The women who worked there were really nice and never bothered me. Security should do better. Ive been coming to this mall since I was 12, Im 35 now.

    Extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. Sent my partner with a short list of 3 items to purchase form this location (all of which I double checked were in-stock). To make things easier for himself, he kindly got some help from an associate working to find the items and was subsequently told that the body butter I needed was out of stock. Well, I sent him with my $100 rouge coupon code so use for the transaction and the other two items did not equal to over the full $100 amount so only part of it was used and now the rest was wasted. Called them to find out that they have a TON of this body butter still in stock but the lazy associate didn't think it would be smart to check the drawer which was stocked full of the product. Called them and was told I need to call Sephora Customer Service for their major screw up. Now I don't have what I need before I'm travelling tomorrow and I'm so incredibly frustrated it's not even funny.

    I've been shopping at Sephora for years and this location has become so disappointing to visit. Customer service is really lacking, and when they say they will help in 2 minutes then turning into 25-30 and still no service - is really disheartening. Previous visit with my daughter, cashier was very rude with no greeting or eye contact and my latest visit this week was even worst. Had to leave without buying. This is on my way home from work and is the most convenient one to go to but the service has really changed the last few years. Would rather cross town to other locations for a more pleasant experience.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Kingsway Sephora. I came in with my mom for a simple color match, and we were immediately met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior. The employee we approached — who identified herself as a manager — refused to assist with a color match and essentially told my mom she couldn’t be helped. Instead of offering alternatives or directing us to another team member, we were made to feel unwelcome and, frankly, pushed out. What was most frustrating is that a leadership role should represent teamwork and customer service — not avoidance. Saying you’re a manager should never be an excuse to not assist customers, especially when it’s a basic service Sephora is known for. The situation only got worse at checkout. The same manager stood there tapping her fingers impatiently, giving us dirty looks, and clearly trying to rush us out. She made no effort to help, offer solutions, or even maintain a basic level of courtesy. I am a Rouge member and a frequent Sephora customer who spends thousands of dollars with the brand, so this experience was especially disappointing. I expect a certain level of service, and this fell far below it. This was not just poor service — it was outright rude and unprofessional. No customer should feel dismissed or uncomfortable in a store like this. I expect better from Sephora, especially from someone in a managerial position. I hope this is addressed, because experiences like this reflect very poorly on the brand

    5 stars and I highly recommend this site because of Vanessa. I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to Vanessa! For the past six months, I’ve been searching for the perfect pumpkin/orange blush shade to suit my redhead complexion. I had only been able to find it in Sephora stores in Dubai and Paris, and unfortunately not here in Edmonton. Vanessa truly went above and beyond, she helped me find a very similar shade that suits me beautifully, and she also guided me to the perfect red lip liner. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. She has such a warm, welcoming smile and made my whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Sephora, for having such a wonderful team member. I hope Vanessa gets the recognition she deserves!
