But the last few times i have been here this year, the place is a mess when it comes to testers (products everywhere, damaged, empty samples), they are understaffed and overworked, and you either get great service or none at allThere are some workers picking up the slack for everybody else and it is obvious. On Oct 3rd, the lady working on greeting at the front door did not look up from her phone/scanner? until i said hi first and was already in the doors. She looked so miserable and tired. When i was checking out, people kept coming up and interrupting the only cashier during the transaction. Poor girl. Please hire more staff so you don't have 1 person covering 3.

Needed a quick colour match as I couldn’t read my old bottle of foundation. At least 10 workers in an empty store and no one would offer to help. The manager finally rudely acknowledged me to let me know it was 4 minutes until close. Not an issue as I was finishing up. Then a gentleman with heavy eyeshadow, and an attitude problem, walked up into my space and became extremely rude and aggressive telling me I needed to leave immediately. I was at the till with my product before closing time. I’ve never been treated so poorly while spending so much money in a store that used to be a joy to walk into. I will be returning all of the items I purchased after work this evening, and taking my $1500 per month directly to the beauty suppliers I use or using a different outlet moving forward. This was unnecessary aggressive and absolutely humiliating. From management down to sales floor staff. Congratulations you have lost a loyal customer for life.
