Every staff member I approached kept saying ‘one minute’ and then walked past without returning. If it hadn’t been for a wonderful Dior consultant named Mariam, I would have left and probably never come back to that branch. She personally made sure I got my perfume before I left. Her help was truly appreciated.

- FYfizza yaseenMay 13, 20261.0This is honestly the worst sephora location to be at, there is atleast 10 to 15 people working on a shift but every time you ask some one for help they are not available or either in rush, not a very ideal place to shop at, even if they come to help they are too busy that you start to feel embarrassed for asking for help, they won’t open the drawers won’t check inventory they will just tell you straight up tgat they don’t have anything whatever is out is out, I went in today it wasn’t even that busy, the beauty advisers won’t even look your way even tho you are standing there asking for help, the worst checkout experience as well, overall the worst Sephora to be at and I have been in all Sephora Edmonton locations, and as a former employee I know how Sephora emphasizes on client interactions and how multi servicing is a thing, but this one is just below everything
