  Worst location of Sephora i ever visited! No one even tried to help me except for the lady at dior backstage and two girls at the entrance! I even asked for help finding my shade match for haus labs and instead of helping me out i was told we are out of stock for sample drawers! I never asked for samples! Very very rude and unprofessional staff! Would never go back again!

  I went perfume shopping a week ago and Bemi was so amazing! She is highly knowledgeable about fragrances and the perfumes she recommended were just what I was looking for!

  Honestly, every time I visit this store, I find myself having to track someone down for assistance. While there are some fantastic employees here, my experience today was very disappointing. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the importance of providing attentive and helpful service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience today. To begin with, I had to search for an employee to help me while several staff members were standing around chatting. After waiting in line with only two cashiers available, I finally reached the checkout. Unlike the cashier beside her, mine never asked if I wanted to use or redeem my points. She then attempted to process my gift card twice and told me it had been declined. However, she hadn’t even scratched off the entire security panel to reveal the full PIN before trying it. Rather than taking a moment to investigate or correct the issue, she simply told me the card was declined. When I got home, I entered the gift card information myself and discovered it still had the full $100 balance on it. It was frustrating to realize the issue could have been avoided with a little more care and attention. I expect better service, especially when the solution was so simple.

  I booked a service here and last-minute they cancelled my appointment We’re talking about like less than four hours before Due to them having poor management and only having one person doing people’s make up for the day. They phoned me and said that I can go to another location in Saint Albert AB But for me, I am from out of province and I am not Ubering 26 minutes From the mall just to get there as I’m staying around that area. They offered me no credit or anything so I did end up complaining to The customer service line and I ended up getting a credit from them in which I appreciate. I then Ordered some essentials I needed from that store As I was already in the mall And on the website, it states that if you refuse the bag, you can get your $.25 back and they Blatantly told me that they cannot do that for me regardless if I take it or not, so I just took the bag And then I needed some help with like foundation matches because my appointment was cancelled and I needed to get my makeup done I didn’t bring As I booked way in advance To get my makeup done, so I only brought my basic kit And no staff stopped to ask me if I needed anything so I just left. Terrible service for such a high customer traffic. I would not go To this location again.

  Today i visit sephora today … i was looking for hair care there and i have no idea but to buy what will be good or not .. then i meet there MELODY a lady from there team … she helped me alot .. she was soo polite and patient with me… i am visiting sephora from a long time and i never had a experience like this.. because all the time the staff members are in rush to serve others orr they don’t carry a great knowledge… but i really appreciate MELODY she was such a nice girl I can’t even stop praising her… if i am visiting West Edmonton sephora again i will definitely go back to her without any doubt… and i will recommend to all the people to meet her and take help from her…. Thank you MELODY for making my experience so good.!
