  I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora today! Adrianna helped me with my shopping, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Her customer service was excellent and made my shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your help — I really appreciate it! Highly recommend this Sephora location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had such an amazing experience at this Sephora thanks to Lisa! She was genuinely so kind, funny, and helpful, and made the whole experience so much better. She was super patient, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. You can tell she really cares about helping her customers and making sure they leave happy. Lisa was absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition! 💕

  i went into sephora about a week ago to find the kayali juicy apple travel sized perfume. gracie was such an angel and so sweet and helpful when i was struggling to get my discount code for the f&f sale. literally an angel upon this earth she was so kind. 10/10 experience

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Sephora location. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a retail store, and I feel that my concerns were not treated with the level of professionalism, respect, and courtesy that any customer should reasonably expect. I visited the store in the morning, shortly after opening, specifically to return an item. Unfortunately, from the moment I approached the staff, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. The customer service representative who handled my return was not welcoming or professional, and I did not feel that my request was being handled with genuine attention or respect. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I subsequently had an interaction with both managers at the store, and their approach did not improve the situation. As managers, I expected them to listen carefully, understand the situation, communicate respectfully, and make an effort to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I felt dismissed and poorly treated. Their attitude and manner of communication made an already frustrating situation considerably worse. They were both Indians. I came into the store expecting a simple and routine customer-service interaction. Instead, I left feeling extremely disappointed and disrespected. A customer should not have to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when simply trying to make a legitimate return. Regardless of how busy the store may be or how minor the issue may seem to employees, customers deserve to be treated with patience, courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. The most disappointing part is that this happened right after the store opened, when I would have expected the staff to be prepared to provide attentive and positive customer service. A friendly greeting, a professional attitude, and a willingness to listen would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my impression of this Sephora location. I have been to other retail stores where employees genuinely make customers feel welcome, appreciated, and respected. Based on this experience, I would rather take my business elsewhere than return to this particular location. I sincerely hope Sephora management takes complaints like this seriously and reviews the customer-service standards at this store. Employees, especially managers, represent the company and should understand that the way they communicate with customers can have a significant impact on whether customers choose to return. I am giving this location a very poor rating because the overall experience was unacceptable. I do not expect special treatment, I simply expect to be treated with basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect when I walk into a store as a paying customer.
