But to belittle a child trying to get her free birthday gift, after she spent $121 is absolutely not acceptable. Your other employee pressured her into buying multiple products to get the free item from a company promo, then she went up to get her free bday item as well. And the cashier muttered under her breath “well you already got a free item” yes. She did. As per your promotion. Then she demanded that she wait off to the side for her free bday item and took her sweet time. Why would you offer this if your employees struggle to accommodate? Ridiculous.
