  I had a very disappointing experience with Sephora's makeup booking service at Southgate mall on June 28, 2026. My makeup appointment was canceled on the same day as my event, leaving me with almost no time to find another makeup artist. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and completely disrupted my plans. If appointments can't be honored, customers should be notified well in advance so they have enough time to make other arrangements. I expected much better customer service from Sephora, especially for appointments booked for important occasions. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend booking makeup services here.

  Every SA is super nice. Jamie from Givenchy is an amazing sales person. She really helps me out with foundation from Givenchy. Sephora & Givenchy did a great job by hiring her ❤️

  Romy is honestly the sweetest ever. I’ve learned so much tips and tricks with makeup because of her! She always shows up in the most beautiful look! I always come visit just for her.

  While I'm not a shop in store person when it comes to Sephora, I want to commend the staff I spoke to over the phone today as she was so kind and helpful. Placed a same-day order through the Sephora app and one of the items wasn't available which happens sometimes but I had used a code to get 500 points on a $75 order and this dropped my order below the threshold so I wouldn't be eligible for my points anymore. The first Sephora agent online wasn't super helpful and just directed me to call the store for a cancellation. Turns out, that isn't really an option at the store level BUT the lovely employee was willing to stop the driver from taking the order so that it would force a cancellation so I could order it for regular delivery. She was super helpful in looking for alternative options and I really want to commend that. This type of customer service is rare nowadays and definitely deserves kudos.

  I had a disappointing experience here. When I was checking out around 2:15pm , the cashier didn’t ask whether I wanted a shopping bag. After payment, I asked about getting one and was told bags cost 25 cents. I said that was completely fine and that I was happy to pay, but then she gave me the bag for free instead, which left me confused. What bothered me more was the overall interaction — I felt treated differently and left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I can’t say for certain what the intention was, but the experience came across as dismissive and made me question whether I was being treated fairly.
