    Horrible customer service. Your employees are so incompetent in doing their jobs. You lack basic knowledge and don’t know how to process returns. I had a terrible experience today with a specific employee who I handed my receipt to and instead of scanning it she chose to go through my order history and return one of my online orders that hadn’t even arrived. I even told her to scan the receipt and she just ignored me. You caused me such a huge problem that now I have to resolve through corporate. I don’t understand why you need to go through my account to find an item when I’m handing you my receipt since it was purchased in store. I’m really disappointed since this was one of my favourite locations to shop at.

    I was in there generally lost and Amber was super helpful and showed me some new products. She was awesome to talk to and probably convinced me to spend more than I should,

    I prefer this location over the larger mall locations as there's just so much going on at the larger ones, this spot typically always has what I'm looking for, which is usually the brand ordinary and at times I'll try new products I've seen recommended and they do have a nice stock of new releases as well.

    I had such a lovely experience at Sephora, all thanks to Ginnie. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and really took her time helping me find the right lip mask without making me feel rushed at all. What I appreciated the most was that she gave me a few samples to try first, which honestly made such a difference. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me something, she genuinely wanted me to like what I was getting. That kind of service is rare these days. I left feeling really happy with my purchase. Thank you, Ginnie.
