  Worst Sephora in the city. Was just there and noticed after leaving that the cashier didn’t include one of my items that I was trying to buy. Like where would she have put it? It was in my bag so she must have forgotten to scan it? What a complete waste of my time.

  I want to recognize Frances at the South Edmonton Common location for her amazing service. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the right products for me. She made my experience truly positive, and I will be back because of her!

  I’m writing this review specifically for Saaki. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and honestly the main reason I visit this location. Every skincare and makeup product she has recommended has worked amazingly well for me. She always takes the time to give genuine, thoughtful advice, and you can really see how hard she works. It makes such a difference when someone truly knows what they’re doing and cares about helping customers. Saaki is definitely one of my favorite people at Sephora, and I prefer to visit only when she’s working. She truly deserves recognition—and a raise—for all the effort she puts in!

  Prisha was super amazing! She helped me out finding a whole face of makeup, she was honest, kind, very knowledgeable! It was busy in the store but made me feel like I was the only one that mattered! I will 100% be back for her!
