  Picked up some eyeliners on sale today. After I left I saw a line on my receipt that said wow in 15. I called back after to find out if there was some bonus item I was supposed to get for something but I was told by Jabeen that it was just to show that somebody came in. Looking online it states "The "Wow in 15" is a complimentary 15-minute makeup service offered at select MAC Cosmetics store locations, designed to provide a quick, professional look." However I did not ask for or receive any such service. Mmmmmm

  Visited this store for the first time and my experience was amazing. The lady (do not remember her name) helped me with choosing my lipsticks and advised me with how it would look and the prices. Thank you for your help. Will definitely visit again.

  Atrocious service. Minimal help and when we finally found something to purchase we were told it was discontinued. Four staff in the store we were the only customers but they did not want our business.
