- AMAnna MJun 7, 20263.0absolutely love Lush stores and their philosophy. I regularly make quite expensive purchases there, but unfortunately, I have never been offered a single sample. In fact, I didn't even know they existed! It feels really disappointing that they don't offer samples to customers who actually spend a good amount of money

She recommended products that she has personally tried herself, which made the experience feel genuine and trustworthy. She also provided samples so I could test them out before deciding what to buy next time. I really appreciated how kind and knowledgeable she was. I would definitely come back because of how welcoming Zohra made us feel!
