    We hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party at this Lush location on Saturday, with 14 girls ranging in age from 5 to 15, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! Considering the size and energy of our group, I was incredibly impressed by the staff's organization, patience, and ability to keep everyone engaged and entertained. The party took place right in the middle of the store on a busy Saturday, surrounded by products and other shoppers, yet the entire experience felt effortless and completely stress-free. The girls had an absolute blast creating their own bubble bars, which were surprisingly large and made for an amazing take-home treat. Every guest also received a gift bag filled with full-size bath bombs and plenty of samples. The staff kept the fun going with interactive games throughout the store, including exciting bubble races at the sinks that had everyone laughing and participating. Every single child left with a smile on their face, and many parents commented afterward about how much fun their daughters had. It was such a unique and memorable party experience. A huge thank you to the incredible team at Lush for making my daughter's birthday so special. We were beyond impressed and would highly recommend their party experience to anyone looking for something fun, creative, and unforgettable!

    Victoria and Tatianna (sorry if I misspelled!!) were the absolute loveliest today! Victoria took so much time to answer any questions and went around looking for a gift set I wanted but couldn’t find when she really didn’t have to. Such an absolute doll, and when we came back later she remembered us and came to say hi again before her break. Such a sweetheart! And Tatianna was fantastic as well, did a face mask demo and was so funny and kind. I always have a good time going to lush (shoutout Kingsway staff too, you guys are awesome) but they made this visit extra special today.

    This was our first time shopping at this location. We did have a very good experience here. We were greeted when we entered and then the staff kept checking to see if we needed help or had questions. This was a very pleasant experience and we will return.
