Christy analyzed our skins, compared its age and quality to others our age, and, instead of selling us on every product, she zeroed in on five products between my husband and me that could make a difference. Raishi, in the meantime, showed an array of hand/moisturizing/fragrance recommendations and proceeded to give hand massages and fragrance layering. Exceptional and friendly service. These employees are valuable assets to the company!
