Shelley at southgate mall is such a sweet heart! She recommended me all the good stuff, helped me around the store and was so patient and kind. She literally made me love the brand with the experience.

Came in to smell some body mists and had such a terrible experience. There was no one else in the store, yet the employee stayed behind the till on her phone, glaring at us and not acknowledging us at all. Extremely rude and unwelcoming. Terrible customer service.
