It's very nice to be able to talk to someone that cares as they cut your hair, too. Was a lot better of a experience for me than previous times. Make sure to ask for her!

Asked for the dead ends off, perhaps a hand width as I havent had my hair done in a long time, I probably lost 2 years worth of growth. My hair was at my hips, its now just below my armpits. Asked for a high pony with curls, I was pretty flexible on style as I don't do anything woth my hair, but it was just messy and looked like I slept with it up for 3 nights. Literally went home to take it out before the event that I went to get it styled for. Poked in the eye once, bumped in the face by the comb twice. $96 later a day I will be going to the proper full service salons from now on, I’ve learned my lesson.

I don’t know who I saw, but it was not my favourite haircut LOL… I originally asked for layers and for my hair to be shorter. I don’t know what happened but yeah just make sure to communicate and be careful yall..
- SSSunny SanApr 18, 20261.0Zero star! I recently visited a Great Clips (Namao branch) with my 5-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The stylist did not properly consult me before starting. She immediately used scissors on my daughter’s hair, and only afterward mentioned that she could not continue because my daughter had nits. This left my daughter’s hair uneven—half cut and half uncut—which was very upsetting. I would have appreciated clear communication before any cutting was done. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and lacking proper care, especially when dealing with young children.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
