  A huge thank you to Camelia for the exceptional service! I only had 15–20 minutes, but she quickly understood my needs and helped me find the perfect haircare and Dior products. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly kind, making the entire experience feel effortless and personalized. Camelia truly went above and beyond, and I left feeling valued and confident in my purchases. Sephora is lucky to have her!

  I’m visiting Calgary for a week with my husband and decided to go into the Sephora here. What a beautiful Sephora! Spacious and clean! I also had a lovely lady give me advice for few things. DINA was so helpful and what a knowledgeable lady! She knew exactly what she was talking about. She knows her colors and skincare. She spent quite a bit of time with me and she was very patient! It’s very hard to find nice girls who take their time to help you Thank you so Dina 💕Sephora is lucky to have you!

  I just wanted to leave a review for the sweetest Sephora employee ever, Nikeeta 😭 She helped me and my friend so much, was super patient, kind, and genuinely made the whole experience so much better. She took her time helping us find products and never made us feel rushed at all. You can tell she actually cares about customers and loves what she does. Honestly would literally come back just because of her service alone!!

  Honestly Sephora is usually a very stressful experience for me and I try to shop online when I can. I’ve had awful experiences at the Edmonton & Deerfoot city locations. However it was time for me to get a new foundation and to do so I needed to be color matched. I also collect all my beauty empties for their recycling program. Which required me to head into store. I was heading over after work, I was dreading the after school & rush hour crowd. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this time around. I was immediately greeted, directed to the right area to deposit my empties. On previous visits I felt like I was really a nuance to the staff at other locations. At this one I was helped by this lovely gal named Shae. She gave me a lot of great advice on layering moisturizer and recommended a foundation to go with my current skin prep routine. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and helped shade match very efficiently. Only took two swatches to get my perfect shade. I also ended up picking up a moisturizer / toner set to layer under my foundation. I highly recommend a Thursday evening Sephora trip and to ask for Shae. They have single handedly redeemed my Hope for in person shopping. Thanks again Shae for the lovely shopping experience and to the gal who processed my online return I didn’t grab her name but still 5 stars all around.
