  Standard Sephora store, not much else to say. Store was adequetely clean, some of the sample items were disgusting.

  Went in for some hair products and the birthday gift. The person at cash was very helpful explaining the Tower28 recovery spray in the birthday gift and convinced me to go for that one. As well, very helpful gifting some samples and went above and beyond customer service (I forget their name but loved their help so much!).

  This is a shout out to Taylor (Market Mall 10:30am May 24). I went in looking for “clean” tinted face product at my child’s request (currently undergoing chemotherapy), so they could have a natural skin tone to their face and feel more comfortable in their own skin. Taylor went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. She was kind, and compassionate - even when I stood there sobbing. Thank you, Taylor.

  The person in a purple hijab who helped me today was absolutely insufferable. I stood at the large sign that says “online order pick up” on mother’s day with my daughter to pick up my online order since I figured it’d be busy. After being ignored by a short younger woman with a big nose and blonde hair twice (people can tell when you’re trying to pretend like you don’t see them btw just in future, if you’re busy just tell someone that someone will be right with them) and watching an employee swatch random things infront of me who was also pretending not to see me, this person in a purple hijab comes up to me. She asks if I’ve been helped in the least enthusiastic way possible and I said no but I was here to pick up an order, I thanked her and she said well “I guess I’ll go back there and grab it for you then?” Like…. yeah? I figured cause like, that’s your job. Anyways, she walks around aimlessly, chit chats, then returns with my order, hands it to me like she’s disgusted by me, and I said thanks so much for doing that and she completely ignored me, didn’t ask if I needed anything else etc. Why are the staff here miserable? Is it management making them miserable or poor management allowing them to be like this? What a terrible way to represent your company and I’d rather just go to shoppers since the people don’t act like your inconveniencing them for doing their own job. Spent $130 and got a lazy woman who can’t even fake a smile.
